How do I sign up for the Customer Portal?
Call or message us and provide your email address. We will send you an invitation to create your portal account.
What information do you need to send the invitation?
Your name and the email address you would like to use for the portal.
I did not receive my invitation email. What should I do?
Check your Spam or Junk folder first. If it is not there, message us and we will resend the invitation.
What should I do once I receive the invitation?
Open the email invitation, create your password, and log in. After that, you can view updates and keep your shipments organized in one place.

Use your name on the label. If a business name is required, use Blacktop.

It helps us identify your shipment quickly and connect it to the correct customer and portal account.
Tracking, Pickup and Duties
How will I know when my items are ready?
We will notify you when your items are processed and ready for pickup in Belize. You will also be able to see updates in the portal.
My tracking shows Delivered in Texas. What happens next?
Delivered means the store or carrier delivered to the Texas address. Your package will be checked in, processed, and then you will see updates as it moves through the next steps.
Where do I pick up my shipment?
Pickup is in Spanish Lookout. If you use a delivery partner or courier, you can arrange that separately.
Why do duties vary so much?
Duties depend on the item category and declared value. Final assessment is determined by Belize Customs.
